The Església de Sant Bartomeu in Sóller, Spain, is a historical church with a rich and varied past. It began as a chapel in the 13th century, was later fortified in the 16th century after a pirate attack, and then underwent significant Baroque and modernist transformations. The church is a prominent landmark in Sóller, easily recognizable by its modernist facade designed by Joan Rubió i Bellver, a disciple of Antoni Gaudí.
